Terms Of Service

Clients are not permitted, under and circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFT) OR AI work. Use of the artwork or any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens/crytptocurrency OR AI is strictly prohibited.PAY UP FRONT - Prices are in USD. Once I have received the $, I will send you a sketch to confirm you are okay with the layout; This is your chance to change anything. Once you confirm, you will not be able to make any major changes without payment, and I will begin finishing the piece. I will supply WIPs during the process of the commission. TAT is up to 3 months.-Commissioning me means you accept my TOS.
-Commissions are solely for use of the commissioner.
-Commissions are not to be used for commercial use unless specifically specified.
-I do not do refunds after sketch. I will refund you if I have not started the work.
-Credit MUST be given for first time repost. After that it is appreciated, but not necessary.
-I do not allow reposts on Instagram and/or Twitter/X. Please respect this. Please ask for permission before reposting anywhere else if you are a first time commissioner. Give my Bluesky as credit.
-Do not claim my art as your own.
-Do not trace, copy, or reference my art for your own. I hold all copyright to my art.
-I have the right to refuse. Do not try to bargain.
-I may raise my prices.
-I am willing to change small details, when the piece is in progress (after sketch has already been approved) or complete, for free. I will not make major changes without an extra cost.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
-Extra characters are +100% of the commission cost each.
-NDA fees are based on each commission. Please contact me to confirm this price.
-Additions such as wings/weapons/extra tails start at $20+ will cost more depending on detail.
Backgrounds start at $20+ will cost more depending on detail
-There is an additional fee of +50% to use commercially. Any artwork used for profit-driven purposes, such as- merchandise or marketing/advertising(subation/donothon art or prize art etc.) emotes price is already commercial)
-If you are wanting me to design a character off of description, it will cost extra depending on how complex.
-Price may increase based on complexity of the character/outfit. FFXIV clothing and weapons will cost extra depending on detail.
